Step 1: Ownership & Listing Agreement
Click the button below to review our listing terms, to execute our listing agreement, and to provide the address and ownership information of the property you intend to list.
Step 2: Property Info
Click on the button below to begin entering your property information. This form takes 10-15 minutes to complete, must be done in one sitting, and will collect all of the data needed for your listing.
Step 3: Property Photos
Click on the link below to utilize our photo uploader. There you can upload up to 25 photos at a time. However, if you prefer to email them you can send them to Staff@EZChoiceMLS.com but please be sure your attachments do not exceed 25MB per email.
*Tip: Be sure to rename your files to indicate the order you want them displayed in the MLS and online.
Update Your Existing Listing
Customers that have an existing listing may use this option to make changes, such as change the price, editing the description, requesting a status change, or to have the listing withdrawn.
